A passionate and dedicated individual who has been an active and productive supporter of the tactical community from his/her earliest years and whom has brought honor and distinction to the ISOA.

Nominations for the award may be submitted by any member (in good standing), including Executive Board members, of the Indiana SWAT Officers Association.

This award has been established for the active members in good standing with the Indiana SWAT Officers Association, unless the Executive Board allows an exception of eligibility. If there are no deserving nominations within a calendar year, then no award will be presented for that year.
